Board of Trustees

Pioneer Courthouse Square's Board of Trustees consists of thirty one elected members who serve two consecutive three-year terms. The members are representatives of the Community (10), the Region at-large (10) and Downtown Businesses (10). The City Commissioner in charge of Portland Parks & Recreation automatically serves on the Board. Additionally, the President may appoint non-voting Honorary Trustees and Ex-Officio Trustees with the support of the majority of the Board.
